La Loma is more than just a home, it is a life experience. Designed according to the principles of Feng Shui, energy efficiency, and sustainable architecture focused on biophilia, which seeks to connect with nature to enhance PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING, this residence becomes a refuge where light, materials, and the environment combine to create a space of absolute well-being.

The outdoor area is framed by a beautiful garden created from a landscaping design inspired entirely by the Mediterranean: low-growing plants, shrubs, some cacti, and olive trees. Native plants, very well adapted to this fantastic but contrasting climate.
There is also an 8 x 4 m swimming pool with a 2.75 x 2 m beach area for relaxing, forming an “L” shape that surrounds the terrace and is next to the barbecue area. This creates the perfect space for sharing leisure time with family and friends.
Following the same lines and style as the rest of the house, the garage is integrated, creating a shaded porch between it and the house.
