An oasis of design and functionality: Comprehensive home renovation
We started with a conventional home with good architectural design but lacking personality. Our client’s goal was to create a home and a welcoming atmosphere that would interact with the outdoors. The result is a home with its own identity and excellent lighting. At night, it comes to life thanks to a sophisticated lighting project using Knx home automation.
The kitchen
One of the most prominent spaces in the home, as it can be seen from every angle of the house. Its design had to be integrated with the rest of the spaces, creating a visual and functional connection in everyday life. To achieve this, 3D textured porcelain was used throughout the furniture. It was custom-made to fit the space and make the most of the storage space.
the bathrooms
Connecting from the master bedroom, we find the bathroom. Continuing with the aesthetic of the rest of the home, we used textured materials and custom-made furniture.
Microcement was chosen for the floor because of its warmth and technical properties, combined with slate integrated into the shower and bathroom furniture.
The bathroom countertop is made from a single piece, integrating two sinks. It is made from white Solid Surface, which contrasts with the other materials and bathroom accessories, all of which are metal and designed by the IDENOK team.
We were able to work on every room in this home, which gave us the opportunity to conceive the design of each one as part of an overall design. Thanks to this, we have created functional spaces that relate to each other in a strategic yet organic way, while maintaining the same aesthetic coherence that gives the whole house its personality.
After completing the interior design of the house, we began work on the terrace. The goal was to build a terrace with personality that would fit in with the essence of the house. The result of this project is a unique and very personal space where the client can spend quality time with family and friends; the perfect setting for fantastic experiences that will become especially happy memories.
