Complete renovation an old house into a modern and cozy home
This is the final result of the integral reform of a penthouse in the center of Alicante. Comfort, modernity and sophistication come together in a house of 150 m2, fulfilling our goal and that of the client: To turn the house into a home.

The architectural and design proposal takes shape after the integral reform, achieving a sophisticated and cozy home, with a coherent division of spaces, diffuse and indirect technical lighting, modern quality materials and an open concept.
In this old penthouse located in the city of Alicante, it is possible to take advantage of the architecture of the house to create an open space full of design and sophistication.

ELEGANT AND COZY DESIGN
After the realization of the proposal and the 3D design, we were able to carry out the integral reform of the apartment. The lighting and organic finishes, such as microcement, provide homogeneity to the house, integrating the spaces and creating an atmosphere of calm and elegance. The result: a house that perfectly combines style and aesthetics in a perfect balance.
LIGHTING: FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN
In this project we can find two different types of lighting. On the one hand, technical lighting. With a warm tone, it helps the house to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Its use in locations such as the hallway adds value. The corridor ceases to be a wasted passageway and becomes an emotional link between the day and night areas, helping us to prepare for rest. In locations such as the entrance, this lighting is used to highlight elements, such as the mirror.
On the other hand is the decorative lighting found in the use of designer lamps, creating a contemporary ambiance. These elements add personality to the space. They are not simply lamps, they also fulfill a dual aesthetic and functional function.
